Meet the Founders
Dr. J Soufflé was founded by husband-and-wife team Dr. Jennifer Pierre Thomas and Min. Arthur W. Thomas, III, blending Dr. J’s medical expertise and herbal knowledge into a luxurious, effective body butter. What began as a remedy for Dr. J’s patients quickly grew as friends and family raved that it was the best body butter they had ever used. This enthusiastic response confirmed what they believed—that the product could help address common skin concerns naturally and effectively.
Beyond creating high-quality skincare, Dr. J Soufflé is also a mission-driven family business. A portion of proceeds supports the couple’s philanthropic work through the Divine Grace Foundation, which funds community empowerment initiatives locally and abroad. This includes contributions to her family’s elementary school in rural Haiti as well as programs in Nairobi, Kenya, and Arthur’s hometown of Newark, NJ.

Dr. Jennifer Pierre
ND, MPH
Dr. Jennifer Pierre is a licensed Naturopathic physician and Public Health professional, specializing in digestive disorders, integrative dermatology and hormone imbalances. She is also a registered yoga and mindfulness instructor, integrating holistic approaches into her care. Through her practice, JenteelNature Health, she has helped patients of all ages obtain balanced skin, smooth digestion and improved quality of life. Dr. Pierre is a graduate of Cornell University, the Goldman Sachs OMBW Black in Business Accelerator, Duke Integrative Medicine Leadership Program, and holds business certifications from Cornell University, Liberty Bank, and the City of New Haven.
Min. Arthur W. Thomas III
CEO | Impact Investor & Strategist | Purpose Coach | Ecosystem Building Consultant
Arthur W. Thomas, III, is CEO of Integrity Solutions Group, LLC, where he provides advisory, capacity-building, and capital-raising services to strengthen organizations and entrepreneurial ecosystems. An impact investor and strategist with a background in finance, real estate, and community development, he leverages the intersection of faith and business as a powerful tool for community flourishing, believing that principled entrepreneurship and values-driven capital can create sustainable transformation in underserved areas.
He is also the founder of the Divine Grace Foundation, dedicated to advancing education, healthcare, financial literacy, and workforce development in marginalized communities, and serves as an Associate Minister at Christian Tabernacle Baptist Church. He holds degrees from Cornell University and Yale Divinity School and, with his wife, Dr. Jennifer Pierre Thomas, serves on nonprofit boards while expanding initiatives internationally.
